How far in advance should I place my cake order?
We recommend placing your order at least 2 to 3 days in advance for standard cakes and 1 week for customized designs to ensure availability.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for a selection of our most popular cakes if the order is placed before 12:00 PM local time.
Are your cakes suitable for those with dietary restrictions?
We offer a range of eggless and lower-sugar options. However, please note that our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, and gluten, so cross-contamination is possible.
How should I store my cake after delivery?
Most of our cakes should be kept refrigerated at all times and consumed within 2 to 3 days. We recommend taking them out 15 minutes before serving for the best texture.
What is your return or refund policy?
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with the quality or damage upon arrival, please contact us immediately with a photo for a resolution.
Can I customize the message on my cake?
Absolutely! You can add a complimentary personalized message during the checkout process, which will be handwritten on a chocolate plaque or the cake board.
