At Emicakes, we strive to ensure every celebration is perfect; however, due to the perishable nature of our cakes and pastries, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been received in good condition.   If there is a defect or discrepancy, contact our customer service team within 2 hours of receipt with your order number and clear photographic evidence.

  Keep the item in its original packaging and store it at the recommended temperature while our team reviews your claim.

  Once verified, we will arrange for a 1-to-1 exchange, a partial refund, or store credit depending on the nature of the concern.
